The village hall held the Christmas pop in party hosting 27 Seamer residents and friends who enjoyed a delicious buffet lunch prepared by the pop in ladies – Janet Bainbridge, Dianne Cutler and Irene Thompson. They also enjoyed the welcome drink of hot mulled wine prepared by Tom Thomas.
I would like to say a big thank you to all the people involved in making the childrens Christmas activity day, it was a super day and my two really enjoyed themselves.
There was just so much seasonal fun to be had, making mince pies, making Christmas cards and decorations, the tombola, the raffle and not to forget the delicious chocolate fountain and the marshmallows! They even got to decorate a Christmas tree before the highlight of a special appearance from Santa himself.

The Autumn Fayre held on November 15 raised over £200 for the village hall funds.

The Quiz night on November 1st, not only was super entertainment for all but managed to raised £285 for the village hall funds.
The Autumn Fayre which is on on Saturday the 15th of November will now start at 10am and not 11am as advertised before, giving you an extra hour to get all your Christmas shopping done.
