Spring brings an air of optimism and positivity in itself. There’s signs all around us – buds ready to burst on trees and hedges, birds busily building nests and new life in farmers’ fields. The days are lengthening and temperatures warming.
The open air is safer than indoors for potential transmission and has more space to maintain safe social distancing. The sun if it is out is shown to inactivate coronaviruses exposed to the natural UV light and helps us all to get better vitamin D levels so important for our health and efficient immune response. So why not take advantage and get out and about in the good weather.
