All group meetings are in Seamer Memorial Hall 10am to 3pm.
Everyone is welcome but they must contact me at least 7 days before to book a place so that I bring enough willow for everyone.

Pilates
Tuesdays, 6-7pm and 7-8pm
Seamer Village Hall
Mixed ability class to suit everyone.
Pilates is a great form of exercise to help improve flexibility, mobility, core strength and overall posture, with many other benefits.

Book club
This club is for anyone who likes to read. Enjoy reading set books suggested by members and come along and review them.
Very informal and enjoy a glass of wine as well.
Held on 4th Tuesday of the month from 8.30 pm – 10 pm in the back room of the village hall

Knit and Natter for Poppies
This group is to get together to knit/crochet poppies to make displays for Remembrance Day around the parish.
If you can’t knit/crochet you can help to sew them onto netting/sheets.
Meet: First Friday of the Month 1 – 3pm. Refreshments provided.
