Charity begins with a parmo

Brand new Teesside street food company ParmStar held a free pre-launch party in the village of Seamer this week in aid of Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice.
Taking place in the car park of the King’s Head pub, ParmStar founders John Coulson and Lisa Cheung invited 40 locals to come and try a parmo burger and make a donation to a great cause.
Cycle race times and roads – Sunday August 23rd 2015

The Circuit of Maltby Cycle Race will use the public roads on the 6.9 mile Seamer – Thornton – Maltby – Hilton – Seamer loop starting and finishing along Roger Lane on August 23rd.
It starts at 11 am and finishes around 2.30 pm.
The roads will be kept open and the race well marshalled both by motorbikes, lead cars and by static marshals at junctions, so there will be access at all times but do please take care.
The elite race (12 laps, 83 miles) starts at 11am, men’s over 40 (9 laps) and women’s (7 laps) both at 11.03.
This is Round 5 of the Tyne Tees Road Race League.
