5              DISTRICT COUNCILLOR

                5.1 To receive an update from District Councillor Hugill.

6              PARISH COUNCIL EMAIL AND WEBSITE

                6.1 To inform progress with change of email address to gov.uk with an attached suitable website for

                security purposes and to meet mandatory requirements.

                6.2 To approve quote for website and email set up and ongoing costs for hosting.

7              VILLAGE MATTERS

                7.1 To receive an update on tree maintenance at Tame Bridge.

                7.2 To receive an update on footpaths in Tame Bridge

                7.3 Confirm details of First Aid workshop attendance and refreshments

                7.4 To receive an update re police attendance at pop-in 29th September

                7.5 To receive an update re travellers site rubbish issues.

                7.6 To discuss the intermittent issue with flies in the village.

                7.7 To consider the improvement of access and signage to rights of way in the village.
